Driller Class Guide

Driller is the 5,000-Core Academy kit that exists to move the shared vehicle. +50% Drill Power is the headline. Cheaper Drill Power, Mega Drill, and Power Slam is the reason the class stays in S-tier next to Lucky Looter and Pirate on the September 2026 community list. Lucky Looter prints Coins. Pirate prints gold. Driller spends those currencies on the nodes that actually break rock. If your 30-player lobby keeps dying to wall HP instead of to goblins, this is the kit. It is also the cheapest S-tier verified price, which matters more than the helmet.

Starter loadout is a rusty pickaxe and driller armor — a strong drill-focused kit, not a secret Ultra Drill cheat code. You still mine. You still shoot. You still buy boots. The identity is the upgrade menu. Sit on it. Click the discounted nodes. Let the Looters loot.

Wall damage and the discount list

Drill Power is a Common Coin upgrade that raises wall damage. Everyone can buy it. Driller buys it with a class multiplier and a discount, so each copy does more and costs less. Mega Drill is the Rare crit-on-walls node. Power Slam is the Rare “every 10 hits, bonus wall damage” node. Both are on the discount list. The upgrade tier list already tells free-to-play players to stack Drill Power first and to treat Power Drive as a trap. On Driller that advice is louder: every Coin that leaks into Power Drive is a discounted Drill Power you did not click.

RPM Overclock remains the Robux-leaning Epic. Driller does not discount it. If someone in the lobby is spending Robux, they can still take Overclock while you take the cheap Commons and Rares. Power Burst (Epic, driver toggle) is the other spine node. Health Regen and Team Health keep the pub alive once the bit is keeping up. Fuel Storage is the support buy when the tank is the real boss. Read the upgrade list, then drive.

Later Driller nodes push more wall identity: extra Drill Power when fuel is desperate, more personal Drill Power, and a team bonus at 5,000,000 total depth — the same gate as Tank, Gunslinger, Mechanic, and Bruiser. Until that total, you are the only person getting the class multiplier. After it, the lobby shares a slice. Two Drillers in a 30-player server is healthy. Ten Drillers is a loot drought.

Deep-run pick

The 100 km route assumes someone is doing this job. Early layers forgive a Miner who only stacks a few Drill Powers. Mid layers start charging vanity taxes. Deep layers will sit on a glowing wall and laugh at a Rifle. Driller is the class you wear when the plan is depth, not when the plan is a dungeon highlight. You still enter dungeons — chests pay for the next discounted node — but you do not vanish for ten minutes while the vehicle idles on empty fuel.

Drive when the lobby will let you. The class does not auto-pilot the cart; it makes the cart’s upgrades cheaper and stronger. If a random Scout is hogging the seat and never opening the menu, ask. If nobody is a Driller, you are the adult in the server. Pair with Lucky Looter so the Coin river exists. Pair with Pirate if the account already has 30,000 Cores and the layer is dropping gold. Pair with Mechanic if fuel is the wipe condition. Reaper and Bruiser keep rooms clear so you can stay in the seat.

Do not confuse Driller with Mechanic. Mechanic is +50% fuel contribution and scrap sell toys at the same 5,000-Core price. Mechanic is B-tier. Useful. Not S. If you can only buy one 5,000-Core kit and you care about 100 km, buy Driller. You can own both later.

When not to buy it

If you have 4,900 Cores, finish the farm; do not impulse-buy Scout. If you have 10,000 and the lobby is already two Drillers deep with no loot class, Lucky Looter will raise your next run more than a third Driller. If you hate the upgrade menu and only want to sword goblins, Bruiser is 5,000 and Reaper is 10,000. Those are honest off-ramps. They will not discount Mega Drill.

Passive rerolls at 2,500 Cores can paste a loot node onto Driller once you own Lucky Looter. That is a luxury. The class already does its job without a gimmick roll. Buy the kit, stack the discounted nodes, and take the vehicle to the layer that used to stop you. The players hub lists the other featured kits when you are ready to spend the rest of the pile.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Cores, classes, and the 100 KM wall.

Is Driller better than Lucky Looter for reaching 100 km?

For wall HP, yes. Driller discounts Drill Power, Mega Drill, and Power Slam. Looter funds those buys. A deep run wants both roles in the lobby.

Which upgrades should a Driller click first?

Discounted Drill Power, then Power Slam and Mega Drill, then Power Burst. Skip Power Drive. Take RPM Overclock first only if Robux is already in the plan.

Do I need two Drillers in a 30-player server?

Two is plenty. One still changes the vehicle. Ten Drillers starves loot. Mix in Lucky Looter, combat kits, and a Mechanic for fuel.

Can Miner skip straight to Driller?

Yes. Miner at 100 Cores is the bridge. Driller at 5,000 is the first S-tier verified price. You do not have to wait for Lucky Looter at 10,000.
